What Might Follow With FDA Regulations

So as far as I see it right now, most of the regulations that the FDA are proposing are quite reasonable despite the fact that there are many that I and maybe others disagree with. 

Right now, most of the regulations are geared toward safety such as making sure the chemicals in the e-liquid are consistent and safe as well as the manufacturers, child safety caps, and other things that can prevent any sort of unsafe environment. 

Things most people might agree with:

—Child Safety Caps

—Consistent and safe E-liquid

—Approved Vendors

Things most people might disagree with:

—Making vendors pay thousands for every new liquid they want to put out, as well as a payment due so that they can be certified to even sell it and the thousands of dollars that will go towards that won’t even be a guarantee.

—Prohibiting people from using e-cigarettes inside or within a certain distance of a building.

—No more fruity flavors because it’s too enticing for children.

Honestly, the list goes on and on.

But, truth be told, if the FDA regulations to pass then most stores will follow them rule by rule. Most people will protest, which is completely understandable regarding the circumstances and the results of scientific experiments that have not even been fully finished, not even close. I also believe that if they do pass more regulations where you are not going to be allowed to use your e-cig in indoor public places then most people will go back to smoking cigarettes because they won’t be known as different, they will be standing outside like the people smoking cigarettes.

The more people fight to keep vaping and the use of e-cigarettes alive and free then more people will switch to vaping because it will be known that it is healthier, it will be stated directly and closely examined before those statements are justified, but smokers will be outcasts and they will eventually realize and convert over to vaping.

If the FDA regulations follow through, it will be chaos, it will be destructive to the american peoples’ freedom, everyone knows that smoking cigarettes kill, it has been known for years, but vaping is so much more different you cannot even link smoking to vaping because it is just that different.
